They are the experts in electronic repairs. In particular, I brought my IPad 2 in for a cracked screen replacement. They performed the repair in a reasonable period of time (when committed, delay due to ordering of part). They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. In fact, the new screen with the screen protector I bought there is EVEN BETTER than the original (no BS). It is clearer and the touch screen function is more responsive.
